Devree and Shana are in Boston for the SMILE surgery. They got up at 4 AM. Surgery started at 6 AM, and Shana called to say Devree was out of surgery at 3:30 PM. Devree thinks she looks like "The Joker" on Batman. There is some swelling, but the doctor did a wonderful job.
Though there is swelling, the smile is symmetrical. Dr. Hadlock even adjusted Devree's nose that was pulling slightly to the right when she smiled.
