Devree's SMILE

Devree and Shana are in Boston for the SMILE surgery. They got up at 4 AM. Surgery started at 6 AM, and Shana called to say Devree was out of surgery at 3:30 PM.  Devree thinks she looks like "The Joker" on Batman. There is some swelling, but the doctor did a wonderful job. Though there is swelling, the smile is symmetrical. Dr. Hadlock even adjusted Devree's nose that was pulling slightly to the right when she smiled.

Shay's 15th Birthday!

He blew out all of the candles and NO GIRLFRIENDS!

Happy 15th birthday!

He requested chocolate cake with white cream cheese frosting for the filling and fudge frosting on top.

This is a specific knife sharpener he requested.  Our home teachers gave him another sharpener too!

Lots of presents!  We love our Shay and he is growing up so fast.  We are happy that he is turning into such a nice young man.
