Shay Marching, Devree gets YW Medallion

Dayton Valley Days 2010 is the very first time that Dayton Intermediate School has a marching band. Shay is playing trumpet in the third row.
His head is poking up with the short dark hair.

Emma playing the flute.

Dayton High School did not have their uniforms for this parade last year or the Nevada Day Parade. Noble missed out.

Don't they look spiffy with their hats? There is Paul Boga still being a great supporter because Josh plays the Tuba.
Dane played an excellent game of soccer right after the parade. He ran and ran. His team is the "Werewolves".

Devree got her highest Young Woman's Achievement. She is holding her certificate, bookmark with the 8 virtues and her medallion around her neck.
The medallion she chose in silver instead of gold. It has a picture of the Salt Lake Temple and a little red ruby on the bottom. It stands for the scripture in Proverbs 31:10 "Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies."
Devree you are an amazing young woman. We are proud and amazed by your sheer determination and spiritual growth.
