Saturday A Waiting Day

We visited a children’s discovery center, and then went on to Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco.

Today has been a waiting day. We all decided that it should be a fun day where we could change our focus. It was draining these last few days before we got to the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital. Perhaps it’s a combination of having faith that all will work out well, and the suspense of the unknown.

Devree, Shana, and I feel more at ease now that we have met our doctor and his staff. They have done a wonderful job at making us feel comfortable here.

There are no more tests or MRIs, etc. to think about. So our next appointment will be Monday morning at 6:00 AM when Devree has her surgery.

I know that Discovery Center! Skyla and Josie and John (Kemp) and I went to it last year at this time. It is a very cool place. I'm glad to see you guys got out and had some fun. Good choice! I can't wait for tomorrow to be over with, but it will be here and gone and hopefully nothing but a memory very soon now. Hang in there! Love ya lots. Paula
